In this presentation, Tom and Thomas will elaborate on how to increase the relevance and impact of your innovations. They will elaborate on how to co-create new ideas and develop new concepts based on insights in a community, how to find the right consumers to involve in your innovation activities and many more aspects concerning this subject. This will be illustrated with community research cases from AirFrance and KLM, Heinz, eBay, Heineken and Vodafone.
