Casebook me & learn about a job with a future

‘Community manager’ is the job of the future. At least, that’s what this blog post of Jobat says (in Dutch). According to this ranking, the job of a community manager is in the top 10 of most important jobs for the future. Due to the rapid growth of social media, organizations are in need of skilled people that manage the increasing number of consumer conversations. So, fortunately my job as a research community manager has a future… what about yours?
Due to our big community success, we’re looking for new team members for our community team, researchers that have the ‘C-factor’. Read more about this magical ingredient here (sorry it’s in Dutch!).
Curious to know what community managers do? They connect with the client and consumers. You need to built relationships with your community members, feed the consumer dialogue and translate these consumer comments into insights for the company. Wait…let me explain more clearly!

We’ve designed Casebook (Facebook with the C-factor) to demonstrate the tasks of a community manager. By giving status updates, we’ll give you a sneak peek of a day in the life of a community manager.
Interested? Great! We are looking for new community managers to join our team! Click here for more info or contact Kim Verheyden from HR.
