Hi, I’m Anthony!
My love for research started at university and has continued ever since. I started my career in Employee research, helping various public-sector organizations improve the wellbeing of their staff. I made the move to InSites Consulting (then Join the Dots) in 2011 and haven’t looked back.
In my time I’ve worked in two main sectors, finance, and travel & tourism. Throughout my time, I’ve gained loads of experience in both complex quant and qual methods/ techniques, but my focus for the past few years has been long-term communities. Having an on-going relationship with a client, through a community, allows me to be innovative, and use new and different ways to help my clients understand people’s behaviour.
Away from work, much of my time is spent with my two children. I’m a big football fan (both playing & watching) and a keen runner, taking part in various races throughout the year.
