Claire studied Advertising & Communication in Paris and Trend Forecasting in Amsterdam before obtaining an MSc Consumer Behaviour in London. She joined the InSites UK office in 2017 as a hybrid researcher, which empowered her to develop a deep understanding of the why & the how. In July 2019, she moved to the French office as InSites Consulting opened a new office there. Currently, her clients are mainly in the FMCG & Media sectors, but she has worked in the past with governmental organisations, Food or Tech companies. She has three years’ experience in talking with, and understanding, Gen Alpha (kids aged under 10). Claire is passionate about sociology and psychology, and thus understanding each person separately as well as tribes people fall into. What she likes the most about her job is working hand in hand with clients to help them create meaningful connections with people, whether it is through NPD, communication, etc. Ultimately, Claire helps you get inside the consumer’s mind to uncover the motivations behind their behaviour. She uses quantitative paired with qualitative research to obtain scalable results. When she is not working, you can find her exploring on her bike, visiting exhibitions or cooking up something tasty (her signature dish is tiramisu)!
