Diana has experience in consumer behavior research with a focus on consumer experience, and on concept, package and communication testing within the FMCG sector. Combining a double Master in Cultural Studies and Communication Sciences, Diana knows how to apply a multi-dimensional approach to answer the client’s needs in the best way.
She re-joined InSites Consulting in 2019, after working in the service and experience design sector. Diana’s expertise covers not only research set-up, analysis and insight extraction, but also workshop creation and facilitation. A battery of never-ending enthusiasm and hunger for consumer activation, she tackles any challenge with a smile and a can-do attitude.
She is responsible for research projects and adds value in crucial milestones: development of set-up guide, conversation guide, analysis plan, reporting and internal stakeholder activation to help you leverage results, and is also the key contact for moderators and community support.
