Farrell has over 12 years of experience in the research industry. Originally from the US, he started his research work as an intelligence analyst for the US government. He later founded a boutique research agency in Central Asia where he served clients like the World Bank and USAID. Farrell has a background in user experience research, big data analytics and customer experience tracking. He brings a mix of innovative quantitative and qualitative research experience to every project he works on. Farrell is based in the Belgian headquarters of InSites Consulting and his happy clients include HERE Technologies, UNICEF and SkyTeam.
