Filip started his career at InSites Consulting in 2001, after 2 years of Academic Research at Ghent University. From the early start, his focus has been mainly on FMCG with a specific interest in innovation. In 2008 he became Managing Partner. Between 2012 and 2018, he lived and worked in New York as MD of the first InSites Consulting office in the US. Since his return to the HQ in Belgium, Filip has been managing a portfolio of large global brands as Global Client Partner. He has recently written a bookzine, 'Innovation Envy', explaining what incumbents can learn from successful disruptors and how to embed best practices in innovation processes. He is also often involved as expert in innovation projects and workshops for InSites' clients in multiple industries across the different offices.
