Hello ! I’m Hannah! I started my research career in 2010 at TNS in London, UK, where I quickly developed a passion for Retail & Shopper research. I then spent 5 years in the insight team at Walgreens Boots Alliance, supporting various areas of the business from Boots UK strategy, Boots.com, No7, the Boots customer community and finally supporting the development of a Global Haircare strategy. I started with Join the Dots | InSites Consulting in summer 2018 and I lead our account for an online fashion retailer across 6 markets as well as communities and a number of ad hoc projects with easyJet and SSE. Going forward I will be the joint lead on Estée Lauder. I love understanding how people shop, particularly in a market that is experiencing such dramatic change! Out of work, most of my time is spent running after my 3-year-old son! I also love trying all types of food and travelling, and getting outside in the Saddleworth countryside.
