Hi! I’m Hannah, a social insights manager in the Social Intelligence team. I joined Join the Dots, now Join the Dots | InSites Consulting, in 2017. I’ve worked in market research since 2013, and have made my way through traditional quant, qual and community research, to working with social and online data. I’ve specialized in tech, media and product innovation but now enjoy working with brands in a variety of sectors. I think that tapping into the spontaneous conversations people are having online presents SO many new opportunities, and I’m really interested in how social insights can be used alongside primary and trends research to create a fuller picture of consumers. When I’m not trawling Insta for insights, I like music, books, playing with my cats, losing at squash and falling over in yoga.
