The difference of consumer feedback in open and closed Communities
Tom De Ruyck, Head of Research Communities at InSites Consulting, was recently interviewed by Telligent, an enterprise collaboration and community software company.
During the iStrategy Event held at the Chelsea Football Ground in London on 23 May 2012, Telligent asked Tom his opinion on the importance of Online Communities and the difference of consumer feedback in open and closed Communities.
